Automation manager is a graphical
software package for the creation
of application programs to control machines and inspect/gauge product.
The automation applications thus built can control digital IO, analogue
IO, metrology equipment e.g. cameras, lasers or probes; and motion
control devices e.g. x,y,z motion axis.
The software marries the component technology as developed by
Microsoft, IBM etc… typically called COM and the automation control PLC
like language.
Automation Manager carries
extensive component for machine vision,
analogue gauging, SPC, IO and motion control and supports interactive
multimedia.
Products can be inspected and passed or failed, results logged to
databases or exported, control...
Please refer to the help file for system operation once the software
has been installed.
When using the system the
first time the operator password is
"configure"
Please also check out the example gauging application, GAUGEDemo.wks. You will need to install the optional gauge support software.
